Realization of the chorus effect with BBD

The aim of this thesis is conception and construction of new laboratory device enabling realization of the musical effect CHORUS. Part of this work is theoretical analyses of effects using delay line and charge coupled devices with BBD. The next part is dealing with conception of particular sections of the device. The device is constructed by individual standards and construction recommendation. The device is constructed for measurement purposes therefore it contains various setting elements. The final part is dealing with testing of the device and with a manual for measuring on this device in laboratory of musical electronic.
Porting NetCOPE Platform to EDK

This bachelor's thesis deals with porting of NetCOPE to Xilinx Embedded Development Kit (EDK). Main task is to create annotation of NetCOPE hardware for using in EDK. Before implementation of annotation itself, it is necessary both to study FPGA technology, possibilities of FPGA progamming, NetCOPE platform and PSF for anotation of NetCOPE’s IP-core.

The aim of this thesis is the design and construct a commercial guitar delay stomp box, by implementing the analogue technology BBD. The thesis includes explanations of theoretical principles needed in order to design such device. The aim is also to elaborate on the process of designing the individual sections of the device and testing their properties, and testing the properties of the device as a whole.
